Chris Sample
Chris has worked for three large corporate estate agents in the Devon area over the past 25 years. 14 of these years, has spent working in Exeter as both branch and area manager. In all, his experience spans a variety of market places and properties including 'country homes'. Chris qualified as a Football Coach in 2001 and still enjoys playing for his home town in the South Devon league, when time permits. Chris is married with two young sons, aged eight and eleven, and lives south of Exeter.

Ashley Sample
Ashley has always been in the background of Milestone looking after the accountancy procedures. In 2007 Ashley became more involved in the day to day running of the office and now enjoys meeting and greeting clients and customers with her friendly and professional manner.

Clare Davie
Clare joined Milestone as a trainee administrator and is now an instrumental part of the office. Having now progressed to looking after all the lettings enquiries and preparing tenancies as well as the day to day operations of the lettings department. Clare is a confident person and likes to spend her spare time with the Devon Young Farmers Association.

Suzanne Gillam
Suzanne has been working at Milestone for over a year now, she joined as an office junior and now works as part off the lettings team dealing with enquiries, referencing and preparing tenancy agreements.

Gary Stapleton
Gary is an experienced estate agent who ran his own branch for a corperate agency in the home counties. Garys experiences spans boith sales and lettings and is indeed a professional landlord himself and able to offer advice to clients on all types of property transactions. His helpful and professional approach has been a true assest to the Milestone way and in his spare time you can often find him keeping fit in the local swimming pool.

We aim to provide you with a personal service throughout the whole process. From the point of initial advice on marketing etc.., through to handing the keys over to the new owners, and hopefully a new set of keys for your own home.

Milestone’s team have all been there so they know what it is like. There is always room, in any business or any area, for a better service and many would say particularly in estate agency!
