Permanent Full Time Lettings Manager
Hours 8.45 - 6.00 Mon - Fri, Sat 9.00 - 4.00 (Rota)
Salary Range: Basic Wage £10,000 - £12,000 Based on previous experience
Commission: Commission package to include % of monthly office residential lettings bankings, % of personal sales

We are a good size independent agent who are looking for a Property Manager to deal with a large volume of the port-folio and in addition to the enormous new business that is available with all the new development opportunities that currently exist in the Exeter area.

If you have broad lettings experience and the desire to succeed this will be the ideal chance to further your career.

Part Time Negotiator

Hourly rate: £5.75 per hour

Busy city centre independent estate agency has a new vacancy for a well presented individual who is used to working in a customer facing environment. Must have a full clean driving license, use of own car and a sound knowledge of operating a computer. The job offers variety involving dealing with residential sales and lettings enquiries, booking viewing and valuation appointments, telesales enquiries, attending viewing enquiries and other basic office duties.
